c) Luxinnovation cannot be held responsible for the availability, quality of services, any commercial dispute, or any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from a stay at one of the recommended establishments. No recourse, complaint, or compensation of any kind will be considered admissible. 

Participants are encouraged to consult the hotel's general terms and conditions before making any reservation.
