This event is organised by Luxinnovation GIE, registered under number C16 in the Luxembourg Trade Register. Its head office is located at 5, Avenue des Hauts-Fourneaux L-4362 ESCH-sur-ALZETTE. Luxinnovation GIE acts as the Data Controller for the processing of your personal data in the context of your registration and participation in this event. 

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of managing registrations, organising the event and communicating with participants. Participants may appear in photographs and/or video recordings taken during the event. These images may be used for communication purposes related to the event, including publication and/or distribution through the communication channels of Luxinnovation and its partners. Individuals who do not wish to be photographed or filmed may inform Luxinnovation staff present at the event venue.
