Description
Erwin Feldhaus is a Venture Partner at Loyal VC, an evergreen fund with more than 500
investments, where he works with founders on the governance their stage actually needs rather
than the governance a template prescribes. He created the fund's facilitated founder peer
groups, through which some 100 companies have passed, and is now building its governance
programme. A former chief executive in aerospace and chemicals, he founded and still runs a
software business serving the leasing and asset management sector. He holds INSEAD's board
certificate, IN-BOARD, is an ICF-accredited executive coach, and has been an INSEAD Entrepreneur in Residence since 2005.
