Description

Louis leads Dealroom’s Research Ops, helping users, thought-leaders and decision-makers turn data on tech ecosystems, startups and venture capital into actionable insights that inform strategy and public policy. Since joining in 2021, he has helped scale Dealroom’s research capacity with a focus on reliable ecosystem insights and qualitative excellence in commissioned research. Before joining Dealroom, Louis served as a policy officer for digital affairs & sustainability for the French Treasury at the French Embassy in the Netherlands, and as researcher at the United Nations University-EGOV in Portugal. He holds an LL.M in Sustainable Development from the University of Milan (2019) and a BA in European Studies from Maastricht University (2016).
