With a Master’s in Computer Science & Engineering and more than 25 years of international experience, Diane has built her career at the intersection of technology, business, investment and governance, spanning technical and commercial leadership roles across Europe, the US and Singapore.
An INSEAD Certified Director, Diane is an Independent Director, Board Advisor, tech investor and entrepreneur. She works closely with entrepreneurs and leadership teams on governance, strategy, business development, leadership, marketing and positioning, bringing both a Board and business perspective to the challenges of building and scaling companies.
As Chair of the ILA Startup & Scaleup Committee, she is actively advancing governance within Luxembourg’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, working with founders, investors, institutions and ecosystem stakeholders to make governance more practical, accessible and relevant throughout the different stages of company growth.
Born in Cambodia, Diane fled the Pol Pot regime at the age of six with the help of the Red Cross and grew up in France before beginning her career in England. Her international journey has shaped a strong belief in education, opportunity and the ability to turn adversity into action.
