Santiago Actis is Decarbonisation & Energy Transition Manager at Luxinnovation, Luxembourg’s national innovation agency. He supports companies in developing cleantech, industrial decarbonisation, energy transition and circular economy projects, with a focus on enriching the ecosystem and connecting innovation opportunities with national and European funding. With nearly a decade of experience at ArcelorMittal in operations, projects and processes, Santiago brings practical industrial experience to discussions on sustainable transformation. He also contributes to European initiatives supporting climate action, resource efficiency and innovation across the Greater Region. Based in Luxembourg, he works with companies, research organisations and ecosystem partners to turn sustainability challenges into viable innovation projects.
