In this reverse pitch, two experienced business angels — one from the Luxembourg Business Angel Network (LBAN) and one from the European Business Angel Network (EBAN) — will share how they assess a startup from an investor’s perspective.
Rather than pitching their own companies, they will explain the questions they ask, the signals they look for and the factors that influence their decision to invest. The session will explore how angels evaluate the team, the problem, the market opportunity, the business model and the potential for future growth, while also addressing the importance of trust, timing and the relationship with founders. A practical opportunity for entrepreneurs to better understand how business angels think and how to approach the investment conversation more effectively.
