Mihaela Ambrozie is a senior technology leader with over two decades of experience in IT and telecommunications. Since joining Vodafone in 1998, Mihaela has driven major innovations in roaming and connectivity, including the creation of the award-winning Vodafone Roaming Hub. As Head of Technology and Operations at Vodafone Procure and Connect (VP&C), she leads strategy and delivery across customer experience, infrastructure transformation, data services, and digital capabilities. Mihaela also champions AI-driven solutions for VP&C, shaping the future of procurement and connectivity. A recognized industry voice, Mihaela contributes to global telecom standards and serves on the Board of Directors of the Seamless Air Alliance. She holds an MSc in Electronics and Telecommunications and is passionate about cultural transformation through creativity, inclusion, and collaboration.
