Description
Raphaël is Head of Corporate Services, Continental Europe with over 25 years' experience in Luxembourg's financial sector. He is responsible for the corporate and fund services delivered from our Luxembourg and Malta offices and the related strategic initiatives aligning with our ambitious growth objectives in Continental Europe. Raphaël has an established history of working in the structuring and operational management of alternative investments, with a particular specialisation in the private equity and real estate sectors.
Prior to joining the Group in 2024, he was a Partner at a global professional services firm, leading their Private Equity practice, and in charge of their central administration for Alternative Investments Funds in Luxembourg. Before that, Raphaël co-led the Regulated Alternative Investments service business line for APEX Luxembourg, and was a Co-Founder of MAS Fund Services. Previous to joining the alternative investments industry, Raphaël worked for over ten years at a top tier bank in Luxembourg in mergers and acquisitions, and as manager of a $10 billion portfolio in credit derivatives and real estate linked fixed income instruments.
