Description

Mickael leads IQ-EQ Luxembourg’s sales efforts, bringing over 15 years of experience in client relationship management, fund structuring, and business development within the alternative investment space. Prior to joining IQ-EQ, Mickael was Director Client Coverage at CACEIS, following its acquisition of RBC Investor & Treasury Services, where he held several senior roles. At RBC, Mickael managed a portfolio of alternative investment clients generating over €20 million in revenue and led teams across Europe and Asia. He has deep expertise in private equity and real estate fund structures, AML/KYC compliance, and client onboarding. Mickael began his career in operational roles at RBC, LIDL, and IKEA, gaining hands-on experience in leadership, customer service, and operational efficiency. He holds a Master’s in Management from SKEMA Business School. Fluent in French and English, Mickael is an active participant in Luxembourg’s financial ecosystem through associations such as ALFI, LPEA, and LuxReal. He is also a regular speaker at leading industry conferences including SuperReturn, PE Insights, Global Investor Group, and SuperInvestor.
