Thierry de Poerck brings over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, corporate finance, and strategic advisory roles across the banking and financial services industries. His career spans senior executive positions in globally recognized organizations and entrepreneurial ventures in corporate finance and executive advisory.
Throughout his career, Thierry has served as Managing Director, Senior Strategic Advisor, M&A Partner, Board Member, and Chairperson, driving growth and transformation across diverse sectors.
Currently, he serves as Managing Partner at NoW Partners (since January 2025), Managing Partner at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance Luxembourg (since 2016), and Founder of Acacia Consulting & Trading (since 2015). He is also a Member of the Board of Directors at LBAN (since 2022).
Previously, Thierry was Senior Adviser at FinDeal Advisers and NoW Partners (2023–2024) and Managing Director & Partner at Groupe Ice-Watch (2011–2015). Earlier in his career, he held various leadership roles at Deutsche Börse Group (2001–2011) — including Chief Internal Auditor, Head of Group Risk Management, and Head of Business Control — and at BNP Paribas Luxembourg (1994–2001), where he led Financial Control and Corporate Banking for the Benelux region.
Thierry holds a Master in Business Administration from the Free University of Brussels and a Master in Business Engineering from the Solvay Business School, Université Libre de Bruxelles.
He is fluent in French, English, and Dutch.
