Description

Robert worked for six years as an R&D Engineer at the GeMMe research group of the University of Liège, where he contributed to the development of advanced sorting systems for complex waste streams. Following the successful industrial implementation of a multi-sensor recognition technology on Comet’s Multipick robotic sorting line, the first ever robotic system capable of sorting non-ferrous metals, the research team decided to launch Matvision to commercialize robotic sorting solutions and build on this success. Today, Robert serves as the CEO of Matvision and continues to collaborate with GeMMe through joint research projects.
