Description

Paul E. Cornet has over three decades of capital markets experience in asset management, commercial & investment banking, family office, private funds and restructuring and has advised both executives and the governing bodies of privately- and publicly-owned operating and investment companies. Since 2012, he has served as a non-executive board member of alternative investment (Venture, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Assets, Private Credit, and Venture/PE/Credit Secondaries) companies including AIF, AIFM, IFM, Manco, RAIF, SIF, SICAR, SPV & Holdco, Securitization Vehicle, UCI Part II, and ELTIF). He serves on the Private Equity & Venture Capital and Debt Funds Special Committees of ALFI “Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry”, as a CAIA Chapter Executive and as a member of LPEA (Luxembourg Private Equity Association) and ILA (Luxembourgish Institute of Directors). Paul obtained an MBA from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California. He holds both Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certifications.
