Managing Director of Quest for change, one of France's leading incubator and accelerator networks, headquartered in the Grand Est region. Since 2021, I have grown it into a 50-person organisation operating five incubators alongside three dedicated accelerators in Health, Industry and Bioeconomy, supporting a portfolio of 270+ innovative and deeptech ventures. In 2025 alone, our startups raised €125M, contributing to more than €730M in cumulative economic impact since 2021. An entrepreneur, former CEO and ex-EY strategy consultant with an early R&D background in Palo Alto, I have spent over 20 years connecting founders, capital and technology.
