Description
Born in Darmstadt, Germany, in 1990 to an Italian family originally from Valva (SA), Gianni Cuozzo is an internationally recognized cybersecurity expert. At 18, he developed libraries for the decompilation of Asian military firmware, and in 2014 he founded Prism Warfare in Malmö, a company focused on cyber weapons. From 2012 to 2018, he served as an advisor and operator for NATO intelligence agencies across multiple conflict theaters. In 2016, he founded Aspisec, a cybersecurity consultancy, leading it to a successful exit. Two years later, in 2018, he established Exein, today a leader in embedded cybersecurity for IoT devices, where he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Gianni was named an MIT Innovator Under 35 in 2017, has been a speaker at the United Nations on firmware security, and has contributed to the development of cyber-military doctrines for several NATO countries.
